How long did your transformation take?

Total, 2 years. The amount of time that I put ACTUAL FAT LOSS EFFORT was 18 months, while the amount of muscle building has been 6 months (and counting!!!) I started my journey in 2010, at 216 lbs. In between pregnancies, I did spend a good 4 years bullshitting with half ass attempts. I reached my "goal number" in 2016.

What does your diet look like? Do you do Keto?

That's a hard 'fuck no' to Keto. I tried it, but like all other "special diets" I found myself gaining all the weight back. I follow a balanced diet, no restrictions, moderation, and try to avoid processed foods as much as possible, without being ridiculous. (Kids like boxed Mac n Cheese ...so they still get that shit)

Bottom Line: Any "diet" will work, as long as you do...and stick to it for life.

How often do you workout?

I workout between 5 and 7 days a week - depending on the exercise program I'm currently doing. For booty building, 5 days a week!

Do you take supplements?

Do you have stretch marks and loose skin?

Yep! Stretch marks, fuckin everywhere. Loose skin on my belly. I squish. It's normal and OKAY!

How do you stay/get motivated?

To stay motivated I constantly think about my goals. WHY did I start this journey in the first place. Not the vanity reasons. Since the scale changes even throughout the day (and honestly, it doesn't really even matter!) I always encourage women to dig for deeper reasons for wanting to begin a fitness journey. Celebrate the smalls wins.
