Gym Based 4 week FULL BODY program.
Workouts: Four week program to be followed six days a week with detailed instructions such as exercise, amount of sets, repetitions and resting time. Sessions last between 1-1.5 hours.
Nutrition: A detailed guide explaining how to calculate your macros, body type, and a grocery guide. (MEAL PLAN NOT INCLUDED!) This plan can be used for weight gain / weight loss / weight maintenance.
